Midwest Real Estate Development Co., Inc. is a small, privately held Wisconsin company whose owners have been involved in land development, single family and multi-family home construction for more than 51 years. As the owners of Midwest Company planned and structured their goals for the beginning of the new century, they decided on a name change for the company. The name, Midwest Real Estate Development Co., better reflects their expertise in the development of real estate in the area for over 51 years.

Founded in Milwaukee in 1953, the Midwest Company began by developing several subdivisions and building homes throughout southeastern Wisconsin. The company continued to grow and in the late 1950′s, expanded its operations to include land development and single-family home construction in the Tampa, Florida market.
